Trust God and Get Going vs. Let Go and Let God

What it is

Jordan Raynor writes for Christian professionals about faith and work, and this 400-word devotional sets 'let go and let God' against what he calls 'trust God and get going.' His text is Nehemiah, where the community prayed and then posted a guard — trusting God and taking action are not alternatives. His worked example is a layoff: pray for provision, and also apply for jobs. The relevance to recovery is real but indirect.
