What it is

ParentGuidance.org, run by the Cook Center for Human Connection, gives parents three things: courses built by mental health professionals on subjects including suicide prevention, parent-child relationships and technology's impact on children; an Ask A Therapist section where licensed therapists answer parents' questions directly; and parent coaching. It is secular and clinically framed, which makes it the right referral for a parent whose concern has moved past content filtering into their child's actual mental health — isolation, disrespect, withdrawal, emotional struggle. Courses and the Q&A are free; coaching pricing is not published. In this directory it complements the faith-based parenting resources rather than competing with them: Axis and Covenant Eyes handle the pornography conversation, this handles what may be underneath it.
