Like Take It Down, it works by hashing the image on your own device — the file itself is never uploaded — and sharing only that fingerprint with participating companies so they can detect and remove matches. The organisation behind it, the Revenge Porn Helpline, has worked with victims since 2015 and reports over 300,000 images removed at better than a 90% success rate. Free. You need to be 18 or over now, to have been 18 or over when the image was taken, and to still have a copy of the file. Worth pairing on your site with the plain reassurance that being coerced or deceived into sending something does not make a person responsible for what was done with it.
